Wine Review: Well REaD Organic California Red - No Added Sulfites
First Impressions (Chilled): I made a move 👀 - I chilled this red before tasting it, which is what I’d been doing with all my wines so far. Because you know…free will. ✨ Immediate realization: This wine does NOT want to be chilled. Room temp only. Tasting Notes (Chilled - Not Recommended) On the nose: Blackberries and plum First sip: Dry. Immediately dry. With a toasty, oak taste on the back end that finishes very dry. What the bottle says: Juicy raspberry and red cherr

Wine Review: Le Paradou Viognier (France) vs. California Viognier
I did something fun today!! I compared two Viogniers from Trader Joe's: one from California ($5.99) and one from France ($10.99). Le Paradou Viognier (France) - $10.99 On the nose: Â Immediate honeysuckle - bright and inviting The taste: Â Refreshing with what I'd call semi-dry and semi-sweet qualities. Wine Review: Hans Schiller Liebfraumilch
German White Wine I absolutely love this wine! I can absolutely see myself laid out on the beach, with my favorite book and the sounds of the ocean and this wine on chill. With each sip it tasted like my body was receiving good energy. Would buy again! Definitely a semi-sweet white wine with a semi-dry finish. My palate picked up pears, green apples, and a hint of pineapple. If you want a semi-sweet wine, I highly recommend it, but if you can only do sweet wines, this might

Wine Review: La Granja 360° Tempranillo
Spain Red Wine My palate’s take: Raspberry and cherry notes. Dry on the first sip, softening into a semi-sweet finish. Tried it chilled, but it really opened up after airing out and coming to room temp (aerator for the win). Nicely balanced overall. Do you any favorite Spain red wines? Ya girl is still adjusting her palate LOL!

Six Bottles and Zero Apologies
Shopping at Trader Joe's Guy: Having a bad day? Me: Why do you say that? Him: Points to the 6 bottles of wine in my cart. Me: I'm studying for my WSET Wine Certification and expanding my wine palate—not a bad day. People get paid to drink and talk about wine, including me. Hate that it gets the rap for having a "bad day." Life is good, sir! But I know projecting when I see it. Here's what I wish more people understood: wine is beautiful when enjoyed responsibly and intention
