Spain Red Wine
My palate’s take:
Raspberry and cherry notes. Dry on the first sip, softening into a semi-sweet finish. Tried it chilled, but it really opened up after airing out and coming to room temp (aerator for the win). Nicely balanced overall. Do you any favorite Spain red wines? Ya girl is still adjusting her palate LOL!
